Q: Are all items always in stock?
A: Yes. if the item is listed on our site, we have it in stock. That is not to say a large order might empty out our stock... but this has not happened in the past.

Q: After I place my order, how long until it arrives?
A: 4-6 days includes shipping and a short handling time

Q: I do not have a PayPal account, can I still make a purchase?
A: Yes. You can purchase using any debit or credit card listed. Very simple.

Q: Is my transaction safe?
A: We use a direct PayPal link to keep your information secure. We never take any credit cards on the phone or have access to your personal information.

Q: Do you share my email with any other businesses?
A: Never. You email will never be shared or sold.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We will replace any item that was damaged during shipping. We offer no refunds on purchases.

Q: Can I send these as a gift to someone?
A: Yes you can. Right after the order is placed, send us a email with the shipping address and name. We will send it directly to them with no enclosed invoice.

Q: Do you ship out of the country?
A: No we do not.
